PlayStation Days of Play 2026 Has Started – Here Are the Best Deals

PlayStation’s biggest annual sale is live right now. Days of Play 2026 kicked off today, May 27, and runs through June 10 – bringing hundreds of discounts across PS5 games, accessories, and PlayStation Plus subscriptions. If you have been waiting for an excuse to pick up a first-party title or upgrade your setup, this is the window.

The Game Deals

The PlayStation Store is running discounts on hundreds of digital games and add-ons throughout the event. PlayStation is highlighting several of its biggest first-party and exclusive titles in the sale, including Ghost of Yotei, Helldivers 2, Death Stranding 2, and The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered. Third-party titles are also included, though the full list of discounted games is available directly on the PlayStation Store during the event period.

Hardware and Accessories

Hardware accessories are also part of the sale. PS VR2 is seeing a price drop, alongside discounts on DualSense wireless controllers and PlayStation audio products including the Pulse Elite and Pulse Explore headsets. These are some of the best deals of the year on Sony’s peripheral lineup, and if any of these have been on your wishlist, Days of Play is typically the time to move.

There is one notable gap this year: the PS5 console itself is not discounted, nor is the PlayStation Portal. Previous Days of Play events have included hardware bundles or markdowns on the console, but 2026’s event skips this entirely. If you were holding out for a PS5 deal specifically, you will need to look elsewhere.

PlayStation Plus Deals – and the Fine Print

New PlayStation Plus subscribers can save up to 33% on a yearly membership during Days of Play. Existing Essential or Extra members upgrading to the Premium or Deluxe tier also qualify for the 33% discount. PlayStation Plus Premium members get something extra during the event: access to game trials for more than 40 indie titles, from Baby Steps and Lumines Arise to multi-award winner Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

The fine print is worth knowing, though. Days of Play 2026 does not include discounts on PS Plus renewals. Only new subscriptions and tier upgrades are eligible. If you are already a subscriber and just looking to renew, you will not find a discount here – and with PlayStation Plus having just seen a price increase earlier this year, that will sting for some.

PlayStation Tournaments

Beyond the commercial deals, Days of Play also brings PlayStation Tournaments into focus – a global competitive event running across multiple PS5 titles during the sale period. Players can participate in tournaments, earn in-game rewards, and take part in community challenges. PlayStation describes this as a celebration of its player community alongside the commercial event, and it adds a competitive layer for players who want more than just discounts.

The full list of discounted games, accessories, and PS Plus offers is available on the official PlayStation Days of Play page. The event runs until June 10 at 11:59 PM local time in each region.
